Sunsets and Sunrises of Thailand…I am home in my heart.

Hi everyone!!

If you happen to travel through south east Asia and Thailand, make sure you experience a sunrise and a sunset! Catch these miracles of life in a country setting and at the beach! You will have a spiritual awakening! I was born and raised in America, I don’t get to see sunrises and sunsets like I had experienced in Thailand. Those moments reminded me that as a world of transitional beings, we truly reflect ONE sun. A feeling of cohesive union of life and liberty enthralled my heart with an energy of security.

I truly felt at home. Being that I am a Thai born American, traveling in a beautiful country where most of my family lives, where my parents were born, where my grand father had fought and worked so hard for, knowing there is a lot of family history where my pure roots were born, I know that Thailand is truly the motherland of my heart’s joy.

Sunrises and sunsets now remind me that within my being, home is truly inside my heart. No matter where I go, no matter what I do, home is always here in this special place. When we rise, we grow. When we set, we stir energy for our next transition of growth.

The magic of Thailand follows me wherever I go now. I feel complete.

Here is a video of a sunset I took on Baan Tai Beach, Koh Phangan-Thailand. At the end of the video you hear people in the background saying, “I LOVE YOU…!!” “I LOVE YOU TOO” Ahhh….Thailand, how lovely you truly are…

And of course, here are some pictures I took!! ENJOY!!!

Thailand October 2010…

Touring the surrounding islands of Koh Phi Phi in the Andaman Sea is one of the best adventures I’ve had so far in my life! Well, in general, all new adventures will always capture that essence of WOW right?!

On Koh Phi Phi, I was able to book an all day boat tour which included lunch, all you can drink bottled water, stops to several islands in the area, snorkeling, and kayaking all for just $20! The group tour was called Chaokoh Group.  We were on a large boat with ten other tourists, mostly from Europe. The tour starts at around 9am and ends at 5pm.

Here is a video that I took while our boat was approaching one of the islands we were visiting. It is called Bamboo Island!

The water in this area of the world feels like crystals to me! Every angle at which the water moves creates a sparkle of joy you can’t keep your eyes off of! Swimming so closely to shore you will find colorful neon colored fish; perhaps they are friends with Nemo! Oh, and don’t forget about the soft powder-like white sand beaches!

If you plan to check out the Southern area of Thailand, you definitely should check out the Andaman Sea Islands; which include Koh Lanta and Phuket to name a couple. Island hopping is very accessible and there are many tour groups to choose from. If you purchase a tour in a package with ground transportation, you will find good deals.

Koh Phi Phi was filled with so many laid back island vibing people from all over the world! The Thai people in the south are also very free spirited. You will hear music blasting from the beach every day all through the night! Of course you can find quiet areas on Koh Phi Phi. It’s not a huge island, but you can find your privacy as well. I also had a good time connecting with the locals and getting discounts. I did take advantage of the fact that I am of Thai descent, though I was born in America, I was treated like a sister.

October was a very pleasant time to visit because it was not extremely hot! It was the end of the rainy season, therefore the heat was perfect!

If you have any questions about this area of Thailand, please feel free to leave a comment or send me a private message!

Here are some other pictures from this incredible bliss filled day!!

All these pictures remind me of the beauty on that day…but nothing beats actually EXPERIENCING it in person, at the very present moment of eternal time
